Greet customers and assist them in selecting uniforms as per their needs.
Provide product knowledge regarding fabric, sizes, styles, and pricing.
Manage billing, handle cash/card payments, and generate receipts.
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Track inventory and support in stock replenishment.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints politely.
Assist the store manager in daily operations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in retail sales (uniforms/apparel preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory management.
Customer-friendly, polite, and confident personality.
Team player with the ability to meet sales targets.
Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on experience)
