Retail Sales Assistant
. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, guiding customers through our range of solar and infrastructure products and ensuring a great purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting:
Warmly welcome walk-in customers and inquire about their requirements.
Product Demonstration:
Explain the features and benefits of our solar products (panels, inverters, lights) and other infrastructure materials to customers.
Sales & Billing:
Assist customers in selecting the right products, prepare quotations, and handle basic billing/invoicing.
Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure products are neatly displayed, clean, and organized to maintain a professional showroom appearance.
Inventory Checks:
Monitor stock levels on the floor and inform the manager when items need restocking.
Follow-up:
Answer phone inquiries and follow up with interested customers who visited the store.
Who Can Apply:
Experience:
Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in retail or shop sales is a bonus.
Education:
12th Pass or Graduate.
Skills:
Friendly and polite nature.
Good verbal communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (for billing and inventory).
Availability:
Must be available to work during standard showroom hours (e.g., 10 AM - 7 PM).
