Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The role involves assisting customers in selecting garments, providing styling advice, handling billing, and maintaining stock displays.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable clothing items based on their preferences and requirements. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features, sizes, and fabric details. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Support in visual merchandising, window display setup, and mannequin styling. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and report shortages to the Store Manager. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Preferred in Retail or Fashion stream). 1-3 years of experience in retail fashion or apparel sales (freshers with good communication may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of fashion and customer service.
