Job Description

Welcome customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products Achieve or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Manage stock levels on the sales floor and assist in restocking and inventory control Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed Assist in store opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
