Front Desk & Sales Executive
.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist clients, designers, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism.
Be the first face of 1 Marmo -- polished, approachable, and client-focused.
Support sales: engage with clients, understand their needs, and coordinate with the sales team.
Handle front desk duties -- calls, emails, scheduling, visitor logs, courier, and office basics.
Coordinate meetings, refreshments, and showroom tours to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
Keep the reception area chic, calm, and in line with our design-forward identity.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years' experience in front desk, sales, hospitality, or luxury retail (interior/design knowledge a plus!).
Excellent English communication skills -- confident, polished, and engaging.
Well-presented with a refined sense of style.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable with emails, Excel, and scheduling tools.
A team player with enthusiasm to learn and grow.
