We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, understand their needs, and help drive store sales through good product knowledge and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements
Explain product features and assist customers in making purchase decisions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store
Handle billing and basic cash counter activities if required
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any degree
0-2 years of experience in retail sales (freshers can also apply)
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
Positive attitude and interest in sales
Salary:12-15k
