Silverfied is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering persuasive sales pitches, managing customer relationships, and providing product guidance with a basic understanding of jewellery materials and craftsmanship.
Requirements:
Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable products.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assist customers with purchases, exchanges, and after-sales inquiries.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, new arrivals, and brand campaigns.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
