Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and professional brand experience.
Understand customer needs, suggest appropriate styles, and guide them through product ranges.
Build strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals (clienteling).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all collections, fabrics, fits, and ongoing promotions.
Support customers with styling advice and product pairing.
Ensure smooth end-to-end sales process: billing, packaging, exchanges/returns.
Achieve individual and store sales targets as assigned.
Capture and update customer details in CRM for follow-ups and marketing.
Store Upkeep & Operations
Maintain product presentation standards on the floor (merchandising, folding, steaming).
Ensure trial rooms are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock/fast-moving items to Store Manager.
Assist in regular stock audits and inventory counts.
Adhere to store opening and closing checklists, ensuring SOPs are followed.
Team & Support
Collaborate with peers to deliver a seamless store experience.
Provide support in managing courier handovers, alterations, and customer pickups.
Assist in special events, trunk shows, or in-store activations.
