Understand customers' needs (design, budget, occasion) and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
Demonstrate product features (gem quality, purity, design) and explain after-sales services.
Drive sales through suggestive selling, up-sell, and cross-sell.
Process sales transactions efficiently, handle billing, and maintain accurate customer documentation.
Maintain and organize counter displays; ensure the jewellery is attractively presented.
Assist in inventory management: stock counting, reconciling physical stock with records, managing back stock.
Follow up with non-purchasing customers to build long-term relationships.
Achieve or exceed personal and store sales targets.
Provide outstanding customer service; address customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of current collections, design trends, hallmarking, making charges, and certification.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Minimum 12th pass. Jobhai+1
Experience:
While experience in retail counter sales (especially jewellery) is good to have, freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy (billing systems, POS).
Strong customer service orientation, with integrity and a customer-centric approach.
Target-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask (handle counter sales, stock management, customer follow-up).
Good negotiation and upselling skills.
