Sales & Product Knowledge
Demonstrate deep knowledge of jewellery types (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones).
Explain product features, certifications, warranties, and care instructions.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary items (watches, accessories).
Store Operations
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining attractive displays.
Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Security & Compliance
Ensure jewellery is handled with care and security protocols are followed.
Verify authenticity certificates and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
Knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, and craftsmanship.
Attention to detail and ability to handle luxury items carefully.
Preferred Experience
Prior retail or luxury sales experience (jewellery, watches, fashion).
Familiarity with hallmarking, diamond grading, and certifications.
Multilingual ability (advantage in diverse customer markets).
