We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting, demonstrating, and selling massage chairs to walk-in customers, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom/store/airport outlet.
Demonstrate product features and benefits of massage chairs effectively.
Explain pricing, offers, and financing options to customers.
Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries and objections.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and proper product placement.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and provide after-sales support if required.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Prepare daily sales reports and update management on performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury products, electronics, or wellness industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail business needs.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
