We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

Retail Sales Assistant

to join our team in Kannur Kerala. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the local retail industry, possess excellent communication skills in both

Hindi and English

, and be quick to understand customer needs to offer the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor Support inventory tracking and restocking as needed

Key Skills Required:

Communication:

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English and Malayalam

Customer Service:

Proven ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns gracefully

Math:

Basic arithmetic skills to manage billing and cash transactions

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software

Additional Requirements:

Flexibility:

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Product Knowledge:

Ability to quickly learn and explain product features and benefits

Education & Experience:

Minimum qualification:

10+2 (PUC)

or

Graduate

Previous experience in retail sales (preferred)

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
