1. Role Designation : Sales Executive /Senior Sales Executive
2. Overall JD & Role :
Maintaining a high morale in the store, serving customer's needs and providing a high quality sales experience
Learning about the brand and it's product to be able to explain their features and benefits to customers
Executing an immaculate sales process from greeting to billing
Maintaining precise inventory levels within the store and working with departments for timely replenishments to service customer requirements at the earliest
Maintaining the inventory is displayed within Visual Merchandising standards and is kept clean
Any snags in store are reported to the concerned departments and is effectively fixed immediately
Following up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of snags or stock replenishments. Following up is vital to making sure your concerns are addressed and intended to
Ensuring a positive approach to the targets set by management, in order to meet and exceed store targets
Identifying customer needs and feedback to report back to the merchandising team, so that the store's stock is optimum
Ensuring best sellers are always in stock and replenished at the earliest
Assuring new customers are built and maintained
Generating and maintaining store reports accurately and on time
High communication and interpersonal skills
Driving revenue by building long term relationships
3. Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (or a diploma or HSC)
3+ years of experience in retail (preferably with a luxury brand)
Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
