Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing
Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
Follow company policies, procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines
