Demonstrate knowledge of jewellery types (gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, gemstones).
Explain product details, certifications, warranties, and care instructions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Store Operations
Assist in maintaining attractive displays and visual merchandising.
Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or customer demands.
Security & Compliance
Follow strict security protocols when handling jewellery.
Maintain accurate records of sales and certificates.
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
Knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, and craftsmanship.
Attention to detail and ability to handle luxury items carefully.
Basic computer and POS system skills.
Preferred Background
Prior retail or luxury sales experience (jewellery, watches, fashion).
Familiarity with hallmarking, diamond grading, and certifications.
Multilingual ability is an advantage in diverse customer markets.
