Retail Promotions Executive

Location: Siliguri (Field & Store-based)

Working Hours: 10 AM to 8:30 PM

Experience: 1-2 years in retail/event promotion preferred

Salary: ?12,000-?18,000 + incentive

Reporting to: Store Manager / Marketing Head

Responsibilities:

Organize and execute in-store events, mall activations, canopy stalls Distribute leaflets and plan local promotions to increase walk-ins Coordinate in-store branding and seasonal decorations Liaison with vendors for banners, standees, props Support influencer shoot planning and execution Maintain a weekly footfall and inquiry report
Skills:

Local area knowledge of Siliguri and surrounding areas Good interpersonal and convincing skills Creativity and basic coordination for events Willingness to travel locally
