Key Responsibilities:
Promote and demonstrate products to customers at designated retail outlets.
Engage with walk-in customers to explain product benefits and usage.
Drive product visibility, awareness, and sales at the store level.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager or backend team for replenishment.
Track and report daily footfall, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
Maintain the brand's visual merchandising and hygiene standards in-store.
Provide feedback from customers and competitors to the management team.
Participate in training sessions and promotional campaigns as required.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales or promotional activity (Fresher with good communication skills can apply).
Basic proficiency in English and regional language.
Presentable appearance and persuasive communication skills.
