Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Retail Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of retail projects including new store openings, renovations, and rollouts. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and an in-depth understanding of retail operations, design, and construction. The Retail Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end retail projects, from concept through to store opening/renovation. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, merchandising, IT, operations) and external vendors (contractors, architects, consultants). Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide status updates to senior management. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. Oversee site readiness, fixture installations, technology setup, and final handover. Continuously improve project processes and maintain best practices for efficienc.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in the retail sector. Proven track record of managing multiple retail projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of retail design, construction, and operations. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
