Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of retail projects, from planning to final handover. The role involves coordination with multiple stakeholders, site supervision, and ensuring timely delivery of stores across PAN India locations while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage retail/store projects from planning to handover
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and landlords
Track and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress across PAN India locations
Resolve site-level issues to ensure timely store openings
Prepare MIS reports and share regular updates with management
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and company policies
Control project costs and optimize resource utilization
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong project management and execution skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in retail fit-outs / store projects preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting
Willingness to travel extensively
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech (Engineering) - Mandatory
5-8 years of relevant experience in retail/project execution preferred
