Job Description

Product Display and Placement:

Arrange and optimize product displays to attract customers and maximize visibility.

Inventory Management:

Maintain adequate stock levels, track inventory, and initiate reorders as needed.

Visual Merchandising:

Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging shopping environment.

Sales Analysis:

Analyze sales data to identify trends, predict demand, and optimize product placement.

Supplier Communication:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage product availability.

Promotion and Advertising:

Create and organize promotional displays and advertising campaigns.

Pricing and Discounts:

May be involved in setting prices, implementing discounts, and managing pricing promotions.

Customer Interaction:

Answer customer questions, assist with product information, and address customer concerns.

Staff Training:

May be involved in training staff on merchandising procedures and techniques.

Troubleshooting:

Address issues related to merchandise, supply chain, and product returns.
