Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented

Retail Planner

to manage and optimize the planning, forecasting, and allocation for our

Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO)

business in the

Women's category

. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the right product is available at the right time, place, and quantity to maximize sales and profitability. Advanced Excel skills are a must for handling large data sets, building forecasting models, and generating actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Assortment Planning:

Develop and execute seasonal assortment plans aligned with brand strategy and EBO goals.

Sales Forecasting:

Use historical data and trend analysis to forecast sales, inventory, and margins at store and category levels.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and optimize stock turns across EBO locations.Plan initial allocations and OTB (Open to Buy), and drive in-season reordering decisions using demand-based analysis.Track and analyze category performance (sell-through, margins, weeks of cover) and recommend corrective actions.Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and tools for daily/weekly/monthly reporting.Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Operations, and Store teams to align planning with business needs.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field 1-3years of experience in retail planning, preferably in fashion/apparel and EBO format Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and merchandise planning concepts

Advanced Excel skills

: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, data visualization, and automation techniques (macros, VBA preferred) Experience with ERP/Planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, JDA) is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹10,226.86 - ₹36,481.52 per month
