As a Retail Planner at Aristobrat Retail, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory, ensuring timely stock allocation across channels, and supporting smooth store operations. You will work closely with merchandising, logistics, warehouse and commercial teams to drive availability, minimize aging stock, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities
1. Monitor and control inventory levels through regular checks and audits.
2. Allocate merchandise for product launches and across marketplaces and sales channels.
3. Replenish stock across all channels based on sales performance and stock-on-hand.
4. Perform continuous sales analysis against KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Plan and allocate stock for new store openings; ensure timely display and availability.
6. Track and follow up on incoming orders on a weekly/biweekly cadence.
7. Conduct store visits to ensure smooth operations and optimal stock flow.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by stakeholders.
9. Update and analyze Plan vs Actuals to measure performance and forecast accuracy.
10. Identify and manage aging or redundant stock to reduce write-offs and improve sell-through.
11. Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely stock movement to sales channels.
12. Manage waybill coordination and related documentation.
13. Liaise with the Merchandising team on assortments and allocations.
14. Coordinate with the Logistics team on shipments, transit, and delivery issues.
15. Work towards achieving primary and secondary sales and operational targets.
16. Provide timely responses and support to the front-end/store teams.
17. Maintain MIS including OTB, YTD, delivery reports and other planning dashboards.
18. Maintain GRN (Goods Received Note) records and reporting.
19. Assist the commercial team with recommendations/reconciliations as required.
20. Manage stock shortage incidents and mitigation plans.
21. Support discount and markdown management to optimize sell-through and margins.

Pay: From ?450,000.00 per year
