Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

Seasonal OTB

and

Option Plans

. Track key performance metrics:

Sales, Sell-through %, Inward & Outward movements

. Monitor and manage

Markdown Strategy

to optimize sell-through and maximize margin. Prepare and manage

Product/Category-level P&L Statements

. Collaborate with Finance to align merchandise planning with overall financial targets. Recommend actions to improve

Gross Margin

, reduce inventory risk, and enhance

Cash Flow

. Work closely with

Buying, Marketing, VM

, and

Finance Teams

to ensure cross-functional alignment. Maintain optimal

Inventory Levels

to drive profitability. Analyze trends & forecast demand to support effective merchandise planning. Provide insights and performance reports to

Senior Management

for strategic decision-making.
