Purchase Bill Data Entry. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to achieve customer satisfaction. Prescription Processing: Receive and input prescription orders into the pharmacy system with accuracy and attention to detail. Verify prescription information, including dosage instructions, medication interactions, and refill authorizations. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of prescription medications and over-the-counter products. Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments, checking for accuracy and completeness. Rotate stock and check expiration dates regularly to ensure product freshness and compliance with regulatory standards. Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment, including shelving, displays, and product signage. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Assist in the setup and promotion of sales and promotional events, including product displays and signage placement. Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks, share information, and address any issues or concerns. Provide support and assistance to colleagues during busy periods or as needed.
