Role Overview
As a
Retail Partner (RP)
with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, you will play a key leadership role in expanding our distribution network. You'll recruit, mentor, and manage Insurance Consultants (ICs), driving business growth while enjoying a stable monthly income and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new Insurance Consultants (ICs).
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members.
Drive recruitment campaigns and achieve manpower targets.
Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Act as a leader and mentor to build a high-performing team.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: (Graduates preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance preferred.
Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities.

1 to 5 years
