Key responsibilities
Manage daily outlet operations: opening, closing, cash, and staff shifts.
Drive sales through display, upselling, and customer engagement.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests smoothly.
Monitor stock levels; place orders and avoid shortages or wastage.
Coordinate with production/central kitchen for timely supply.
Ensure proper display of bakery, pastry, and savoury items.
Track daily sales, expenses, and prepare basic reports.
Control pilferage, cash mismatch, and inventory loss.
Train staff on service, product knowledge, and discipline.
Motivate team and maintain a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
