Job Responsibilities
:
Lead daily retail operations across multiple stores to ensure high standards in customer service, store presentation, and compliance.
Drive sales targets, analyze store performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions.
Recruit, train, and manage store teams to build a customer-focused and performance-driven culture.
Coordinate closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align store-level execution with brand strategy.
Candidate Requirements
:
7-12 years of experience in retail/FMCG/jewelry or similar premium consumer-facing industries.
Proven ability to manage multi-store operations and lead large teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Prior experience in working with premium or luxury brands preferred.
