Role Overview

This role requires a proactive Retail Operations Executive to manage store operations, stock movement, sales coordination, and execution of retail processes. Candidates must have experience working in fast-moving retail environments with multiple SKUs and a strong customer-service mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Visual Merchandising

Maintain store standards, product displays, and planogram execution Oversee day-to-day store functioning, staff allocation, and discipline Ensure product availability, store hygiene, and quality customer experience

Stock & Inventory Management

Handle inward and outward stock, replenishments, and transfers Track SKUs, barcode management, GRN entries, and cycle counts Conduct regular stock audits to minimize variance and shrinkage

Sales & Customer Handling

Support daily sales operations, customer interaction, and billing Manage exchanges, customer issues, and feedback Improve conversions and average order value through product suggestions and upselling

Data Tracking & Reporting

Prepare sales reports, footfall data, and category performance summaries Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, aging, and dead stock Assist with store promotions, offers, and seasonal sales planning

Coordination & SOP Adherence

Coordinate with central teams including inventory, accounts, purchase, and operations Ensure compliance with SOPs for display, billing, and cash handling Support visual merchandising refreshes, new product placements, and festive setups

Candidate Profile

Experience in Miniso / DIY retail / multi-category retail formats is required Strong understanding of retail floor management and display execution Good communication skills and customer interaction ability Basic MS Excel proficiency and reporting ability Proactive, disciplined, and strong operational execution capability
