- Profile : Retail Operations Manager - Franchise

- WORK FROM OFFICE
- Shift Timings : 9AM-6PM
- Alternate Saturday & Sunday Off
- Salary : 45K-55K
- Years of experience : 5-8
- Support Franchise in Business Development.
- Accountable for sales target for the assigned region.
- Relationship management with existing Franchise partners (Including Store Visits - Pan India Level).
- Tracking Franchisee business growth.
- Dispatching stock to franchise and tracking.
- Provide training and information to the Franchise.
- Liaison with various departments like Backend Operations, Logistics, Category & Accounts.
- Preferably an MBA Graduate
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Franchise Operations Management.
- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Employment Type
