Retail Sales Head
to lead our India retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales, growth, and profitability
Lead and mentor store teams for exceptional customer experience
Ensure premium visual merchandising and brand standards
Oversee store operations, inventory, and product planning
Implement sales strategies, promotions, and gifting campaigns
Coordinate with Middle East HQ on brand and product updates
Requirements:
6-10 years' experience in retail leadership (FMCG/luxury/gourmet preferred)
Strong team leadership and sales execution skills
Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset
