Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Retail Operations Executive to manage daily store operations, customer order follow-ups, online activities, and team coordination while driving sales and customer service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, orders, and follow-ups Manage website and online order activities Ensure daily team checklists and routine task completion Track and follow up on orders, returns, and damaged goods Address staff operational issues and coordination Support sales growth and improve customer service standards

Requirements:

Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of

Excel (fast data entry, tracking, basic formulas)

Confident in

internet-based systems

, online portals, and web tools Ability to work efficiently on

POS, order management, and internal systems

Comfortable in a

fast-paced retail environment

with multiple follow-ups Strong communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
