Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

Greet customers and assist them in selecting party items, toys, and gifts. Provide product recommendations and upsell relevant items. Ensure a friendly, helpful, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Billing & Cash Handling

Operate the billing system/point-of-sale machine efficiently. Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately. Maintain proper billing records and ensure error-free invoicing.

Inventory Management

Receive, count, and verify incoming stock. Refill shelves and maintain proper stock levels. Track inventory movement and report low-stock or fast-moving items. Help with monthly/weekly stock audits.

Store Organization & Upkeep

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Arrange merchandise in an attractive and easy-to-browse manner. Set up seasonal displays, new arrivals, and promotional sections.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising

Learn product categories (gifting, toys, decor, party supplies). Ensure products are correctly labeled and priced. Help maintain display quality and follow merchandising standards.

Teamwork & Reporting

Coordinate with team members for smooth daily store operations. Communicate inventory needs, customer feedback, and operational issues to the store manager. Support back-end activities like unpacking, tagging, and arranging items.

Additional Duties

Assist during peak seasons, festivals, and special promotions. Follow all store policies, safety rules, and customer service guidelines.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
