Develop marketing strategies:

Formulate and implement retail marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives and specific goals for each LFR partner.

Manage partner relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with LFR category managers, store managers, and buying teams to ensure effective collaboration on marketing initiatives.

Execute in-store promotions:

Plan and oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, events, and product launches within LFR stores. This includes managing promotions, planograms, and point-of-purchase (POP) displays.

Lead in-store teams:

Manage and train a team of in-shop promoters or brand representatives to ensure strong product knowledge and effective sales interactions with customers.

Conduct market analysis:

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour within the LFR channel. Use sales data and insights to inform marketing tactics and identify new opportunities.

Manage marketing materials:

Oversee the production, distribution, and proper placement of all marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all retail touchpoints.

Monitor and report performance:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, key performance metrics (KPIs), and sales results, providing regular updates to management. *

Oversee budget:

Manage and optimize the marketing budget allocated for LFR accounts to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
