Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the buying team to select product assortments that meet customer demands and drive sales.
Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing replenishment strategies.
Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and drive sales.
Work closely with store managers and sales associates to provide product knowledge training and ensure consistent customer service.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Develop promotional strategies and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Utilize analytical tools and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the footwear industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
