information, answer questions, and offer solutions to complaints.
Sales and promotion: Actively promote products and special offers, upsell additional
items, and work to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Store operations: Process sales transactions accurately, manage inventory levels,
restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
Visual Merchandising: Arrange merchandise displays and create an inviting retail
space.
Team collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve store objectives and
maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and qualifications
Customer service skills: The ability to provide excellent service and resolve
complaints professionally.
Product knowledge: A strong understanding of the products being sold to answer
customer questions effectively.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal communication to engage
customers and build relationships.
Sales skills: The ability to identify customer needs, recommend products, and close
sales.
Organizational skills: The ability to manage inventory, handle transactions, and
maintain a clean and organized store.
