ey Responsibilities:
Plan and implement product displays and planograms across assigned retail outlets.
Coordinate with the production department to plan product requirements and production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels, identify stock shortages, and liaise with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support business decisions.
Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to maximize product visibility and optimize shelf space.
Execute in-store promotions and ensure all marketing materials are current and compliant with brand standards.
Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising compliance and identify improvement areas.
Train store staff on product knowledge, display standards, and merchandising best practices.
Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
3-6 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or retail operations.
Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and merchandising tools/software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
