Key Responsibilities
Plan, forecast, and manage product assortments for multiple retail outlets based on market trends and sales analysis.
Liaise with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability.
Analyze sell-through reports, stock levels, and category performance to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
Maintain inventory health by managing stock replenishment and inter-store transfers.
Work closely with store managers and visual merchandisers to ensure the brand presentation aligns with company standards.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to support buying and planning decisions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock performance reports for management review.
Participate in seasonal product planning and buying meetings.
