About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Merchandiser with strong analytical skills and a passion for fashion to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory turnover, analyzing sales trends, and improving merchandising strategies across our physical and digital stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and consumer preferences Analyze sales reports and product performance Manage inventory with A+/A/B zone categorization Ensure six-time inventory turnover annually and maintain a 60-day stock level Create category-wise merchandising plans Use Excel and Inventory Management Systems (IMS) for stock tracking Allocate and replenish products efficiently across stores Optimize product shelf life and strategize clearance for slow movers Collaborate with vendors for timely and quality order fulfillment

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (preference for NIFT, Pearl Academy, or reputed fashion institutes) 3+ years of experience, preferably in retail (ethnic wear is a plus) Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, IMS Analytical mindset with skills in sales forecasting, inventory management, and category planning Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability
