Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing short and long term demand forecasts using historical sales data, promotional calendars, and market insights.
Monitor and analyse store-level and category-wise performance to inform assortment planning and stock allocation decisions.
Generate and maintain demand performance reports to support sales and merchandising teams.
Collaborate with supply chain team to align forecasts with business goals and inventory targets.
Identify ageing or slow-moving products and support strategies for liquidation or promotional push-ups.
Track forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
