company aims to expand its retail and distributor network across North India through experienced and high-performing.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Retail Marketing & Sales Manager

to lead and grow our

FMCG distribution network

. The ideal candidate should have

strong experience in retail/distributor sales

, preferably in

FMCG, food, or beverages

, and a proven track record of achieving multi-crore sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the company's

retail & distribution network

across assigned territories. Appoint and manage

distributors, dealers, and retailers

to ensure product availability and visibility. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Plan and execute local

marketing, trade promotions, and branding activities

.

Build strong relationships with channel partners to maintain consistent sales growth.

Monitor stock levels, collections, and distributor performance. Train and support field sales executives for on-ground performance improvement.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing / Sales

preferred.

Minimum 4-5 years of FMCG sales experience

Proven sales record -- ideally having handled ?2-4 crore+ annual sales.

Strong distributor / retailer

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.

Self-driven with the ability to independently manage market operations.

Compensation:

For highly experienced candidates:

?1-2 Lakh/month + Incentives (based on sales).

For mid-level candidates:

?20,000-?30,000/month + Performance incentives.
