Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing in-store marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, and promotions.
Coordinate with vendors and design teams for branding materials, displays, and POS collaterals.
Support store layout planning, space utilization, and product category placement.
Track campaign effectiveness, footfall, and sales impact at store level.
Maintain visual standards across stores and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with operations and category teams to plan new store setups and seasonal displays.
Support marketing calendar execution, festive promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Timely execution of in-store campaigns and displays.
Consistent brand visibility and merchandising standards.
Increase in customer engagement and sales per store.
Cost-effective vendor and material coordination.
Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, Retail, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in FMCG or retail marketing.
Good understanding of merchandising, store layout, and customer behavior.
Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to design/visual tools is a plus.
