Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager with at least 10 years of retail leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting sales targets, managing large teams, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily retail operations to drive sales and achieve business targets. Oversee, motivate, and manage a team of 30+ employees, ensuring high performance and engagement. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

10+ years of retail management experience Candidates must be willing to relocate abroad as part of this role. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong financial understanding Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience in managing large teams

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
