The Retail Manager will drive retail product sales across Bodycraft salons through strong data analysis, on-ground execution, people performance, stock discipline, and close collaboration with brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Achieve monthly & quarterly retail sales targets across all salons.
- Drive retail % of service, bill conversion, per-bill value, and stylist productivity.
- Analyse SKU/category/outlet-wise data to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
- Build corrective action plans for low-performing salons.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Conduct regular salon retail audits for display, stock hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Work with Trainers for retail selling skills training and coaching.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in product inward/outward, testers, and replenishment.
- Reduce shrinkage and manage product expiries.
- Present MIS and action plans to leadership.
- Oversee product procurement in collaboration with Supply Chain to ensure availability of top SKUs.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with brand partners -- planning stock, launches, education, and support.
- Work closely with brands for forecasting, promotions, and ensuring Bodycraft receives the right product mix and training support.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong data analysis skills (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel and MIS proficiency.
- Strong sales orientation with multi-outlet retail experience.
- Ability to collaborate with brands and manage procurement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with high execution discipline.
Experience:
4-7 years in retail sales (beauty/salon/wellness/FMCG/fashion preferred), with exposure to procurement or brand collaborations.
