Key Responsibilities
Retail Expansion:
Identify opportunities for new clinic openings, evaluate locations, assist in operational setup, and support growth strategies.
Clinic Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day functioning of all clinics across India to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
SOP Implementation:
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented, monitored, and strictly followed across all retail clinics.
People Management:
Lead, train, and support clinic staff; monitor performance; resolve operational issues; and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular audits to maintain operational standards and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in retail operations, healthcare retail, or multi-store management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to travel across India as needed.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of retail operations and SOP adherence.
Ability to manage multiple locations and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
