To acquire and convert leads for Retail Loans (Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.) through cold calling, field visits, and referrals, manage loan documentation and processing, assist in disbursement, and build long-term client relationships. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Conduct cold calling to potential customers for retail loan products. Generate leads through tele calling, field visits, references, and social platforms. Explain loan products clearly and engage customers for applications. Schedule meetings and assist in client onboarding.
Loan Processing & Documentation
Collect and verify required KYC and financial documents. Submit complete loan files to banks/NBFCs for processing. Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Disbursement & Conversion
Follow up with customers and financial institutions for approvals. Support in achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets. Ensure smooth end-to-end loan disbursement.
Client Relationship Management
Provide after-sales support to customers. Build long-term client relations for repeat/referral business. Cross-sell other retail loan products where suitable.
Data & Reporting
Maintain records of cold calls, leads, and conversions in Google Sheets/CRM. Update loan pipeline status daily. Report weekly performance and non-conversion cases to the manager.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Experience: 0-1 year in sales, cold calling, or loan processing. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
Good communication and convincing ability in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven sales. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets. Interest in financial services and willingness to learn.
