What This Role Owns

Customer Experience & Store Excellence Elevate every customer touchpoint--service, checkout, fulfillment--within vintage

stores.

Use VOC inputs (CSAT/NPS) to redesign processes and eliminate friction. Turn operational efficiency into higher same-store sales and customer delight.

2. Tech-First Operational Execution

Own the operational tech stack for vintage stores (WFM, POS, Mobile Execution, SOP

engines).

Drive centralization, real-time visibility, and digital controls for predictable execution. Enable automation that reduces manual effort and improves store productivity.

3. Same-Store Growth Driver

Optimize labor, inventory, store workflows, and daily execution levers that impact

revenue.

Implement digitized SOPs using Lean/Six Sigma principles tailored for vintage

environments.

Improve consistency, speed, and quality across all vintage store operations.

4. Influence & Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with CTO, CFO, Supply Chain, HR, and field leadership to align on

growth priorities.

Influence decentralized teams through clarity, data, communication, and shared goals. * Empower field teams with systems, training, and insights that enable strong execution.
