Job Description

We are a retail store using

Odoo POS & Inventory

. We are looking for an experienced analyst who can review historic retail sales data and establish

data-driven re-order rules and stock levels

to minimise stock-outs and over-stocking.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse historic sales data from

Odoo POS

Establish re-order rules Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead SKUs Calculate optimal stock holding levels per SKU Define and configure

min-max stock levels and re-order rules in Odoo

Consider supplier lead times and seasonality Provide clear stock recommendations and documentation Periodically review and optimise inventory rules

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with

Odoo Inventory & POS

Retail inventory planning / demand forecasting experience Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Understanding of reorder points, safety stock, sell-through, stock turns Experience with high-turnover retail (e-cig, FMCG, pharmacy preferred)
