Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Fitout Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of retail interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all work is carried out according to design specifications and timelines.

Team Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards for materials and workmanship, conducting regular inspections.

Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to and maintain a safe working environment on-site.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the project management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
