Key Responsibilities

• Incumbent would be responsible for end to end HR strategy deployment / facilitation for relevant functions.
• Drive and deploy HR procedures, policies and processes across assigned functions.
• Provide HR support to achieve business unit objectives.
• Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
• Execute reward & recognition strategy within assigned functions.
• Conduct assessments, respond to employee feedback and execute employee engagement.
• Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
• Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
• Ensure the effective deployment of organizational values and play appropriate role in building positive culture.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of HR Operations.
• Building up strategy for identifying key resource for recruitment and identifying key talent within the organization

Strategy

• Co-create the entire people strategy including effective Manpower Planning and Forecasting system
• Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy planning

Requirements

• Preferably Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.
• Past experience of working with retail brand.

Experience: 5-8 years

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: 6,00,000.00 - 9,00,000.00 per year
