Job Description
To manage the entire HR Operations of the company which includes Employee Relations,Recruitment Operations,Performance Appraisal,Team Management,Attendance and Salary Management,handling employee issues and also be responsible to setup a training division to aid skill management Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- Has a consistent track record of being prepared and delivering high quality work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated work history of resourcefulness and problem solving- be able to think outside of the box
- Excited, curious, confident and passionate about HR and our organization
